To the maximum extent permitted by law, GaelicTimes Learning's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be limited to the amount you paid (if any) to GaelicTimes Learning in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 EUR, whichever is lower.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
